These terms apply to all users, including founding members, regular members, and trial users of the RoboTaxi VIP autonomous transportation platform.

2. Service Description

RoboTaxi VIP provides premium autonomous vehicle transportation services. Our service includes:

• On-demand autonomous vehicle rides
• Priority booking for members
• AI-optimized routing
• Premium vehicle fleet access
• 24/7 customer support

3. Membership & Access

Membership is required to access RoboTaxi VIP services. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information provided is accurate and current
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

Members agree to pay all fees associated with their chosen membership tier. Founding members receive lifetime preferred pricing as specified at the time of enrollment. All payments are:

• Processed securely through our payment partners
• Subject to applicable taxes and fees
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Billed monthly or annually based on your selection

5. User Conduct

Users must treat vehicles and technology with respect. Prohibited activities include vandalism, attempting to override safety systems, smoking, or any illegal activities. Violations may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.

6. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability Limitations

RoboTaxi VIP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past twelve months.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
